KVKK Information Notice

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data such as name, surname, and e-mail address shared within the scope of "MaYana" early access (waitlist) and communication processes are processed by us in our capacity as the data controller.

Purpose of Processing and Legal Grounds

Your data is processed for the purposes of carrying out communication activities, conducting marketing processes for products/services, and providing early access (launch) information, based on the legal ground of "Processing of data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" under Article 5/2-f of the KVKK.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK; you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, and to request its deletion or destruction. You can send your requests to contact@mayana.app.
